~ Continued from Part 6: The Queen of Rage & Ludicrous Equation ~

In the forthcoming instalments on the peculiarities of the Postmodern (Pomo) attitude towards language - speech in particular - we shall have a further look at a special technique, best described as reversed sophistry, and the pseudo philosophy's most unfortunate infestation with a mythical creature called the paradoxymoron [2].

In Part 1 of this series on the reawakening of Marxism in little Pomo - "The Lie at the Bottom" - we saw that at the basis of the covert strategy for spreading Relativist thought, lurks the lie of the Primacy of Consciousness, Subjectivism, or Relativism [1]. Make no mistake: it is the very basis of all Counter-Enlightenment thought, from Rousseau to Nazism and Communism to contemporary Pomo (see Chart I - The Straight Red Line): the aversity to reason. Which is why rational 'scientists' like Richard Dawkins, have no place being Leftist.

On a tactical level we find language, which to Pomos signifies something entirely different than it does traditionally to objective people: it could be best described as rhetoric, characterised by gross generalisation (of which more in a subsequent post), ludicrous equation, and an almost embarrassing level of exaggeration. Pomo lingo lives and breaths emotional outpour, uninhibited by the constraints of fact and reason.

To Pomo, language is not about the transfer of information flowing from one person to another; to Subjectivists language communicates nothing more than perhaps the speaker's personal version of 'reality': all that is written ought to be in quotes and inverted commas, signifying the irony with which any 'meaning' should be taken.

The spoken word is the bringing forth of sound waves, beating against the audience's ear drums, this being the reason why 'speech' in general is seen as just another form of 'violence' and a unique exertion of Western power that needs to be broken, 'redistributed' among powerless minorities. The equation of sound waves with violence makes somehow comprehensible Pomo's conclusion that "the whole is Western society is saturated with violence".

Symbol to Western power stands the Oppressor, or the White Patriarch, embodying everything related to white supremacy, Christian hegemony and male dominance. The powerless minorities are everybody else, though preferably incorporating as many minority qualities as possible. Somebody has actually taken the trouble to work out how this extraordinary hierarchy of victimhood works - Hat tip Dr Sanity (brilliant stuff!).

But back to language which, as said, is a mere weapon in an epic battle in which everything is allowed ... by Pomo, that is! The adversary - by the soft power of political correctness - is lumbered with as many 'handicaps' as possible: rules, that are taken to be universal, but in practice are far from 'cricket', rendering the interlocutor somewhat dazed over the exact location of the goal posts. We'll shortly come back about the rule book in another post. For now let's have a look at the interesting technique of reversed sophistry.

Stephen Hicks in his book "Explaining Postmodernism" worded it as follows: "The Sophists taught rhetoric not as a means of advancing truth and knowledge but as a means of winning debates in the rough-and-tumble world of day-to-day politics ... which ... requires ... not being concerned with truth or consistency in argument ... [which] can and often has been seen as part of a strategy for achieving political success."

"Here it is useful to recall Lentricchia: Postmodernism "seeks not to find the foundation and the conditions of truth, but to exercise power for the purpose of social change", reminding us that Pomo is nothing other than cultural Marxism restored, when Yuri Bezmenov's KGB ideologically demoralised usefuls were ruthlessly awakened from their catatonic dreams of collectivism by the shock waves of 9/11. The anti reason, anti capitalism, the socially constructed identities, and the politically justified violence as exhibited by the Radical Islamic brotherhood, presents a feast of recognition (see Chart I - The Straight Red Line).

Synonymous with Pomo are the contradiction, the paradox and the oxymoron, which I - in a fit of creativity have forged together in the neologism paradoxymoron [2], as it illustrates so poignantly that we find ourselves here in a realm, far removed from the banalities of the real world.

In fact, the whole (pseudo) philosophy is so filled with contradictions that I personally have lost count and am beyond caring, principally because Pomo doesn't care either, aware as he is that the entire philosophical construct is based on fantasy, an intellectual cosmetic device to lend some intelligible weight to the real goal: universal egalitarianism and global collectivism.

In yesterday's post on Islamic designs emanating from Albania, on Kosovo for starters, we have spoken of the line in the sand of the Kosovo Polje. While Islamization is taking the West by stealth, it would appear that the process in Kosovo, being played out since the eighties of the last century, took more overt modes of operation.

Little did the West know - or even care - what happened behind "the Iron Curtain", the place where Yugoslavia resided. That may also have been the reason the public was so easily hoodwinked by the unfolding effects of 4th Generation Warfare, viz. spinning the facts into favourable public perceptions, a trick the Socialists By The Third Way (viz. Messrs Clinton & Blair c.s.) have elevated to a form of fine art. I will come back to this shortly in another post, but right now I'd like to showcase Europe's line in the sand, because there always is sooner or later... a line in the sand.

The question is, where, when and how? Where? Well, for one in Denmark, the country that hosted the Mohammed cartoon row, causing all that Muslim rage and indignation. On the initiative of Danish political party SIAD (Stop the Islamization of Denmark) Europe's indigenous grievances are to be taken to Brussels. A Europe wide demo is to be be staged on 9/11. I'm not sure what that date means: American style 11th of September, a symbolic if dramatic choice indeed, or the European way of indicating the 9th of November? I hope that will be cleared up.

The SIOE (Stop Islamization of Europe) site further clarifies that "researchers at the University of Copenhagen, after conducting population studies, have calculated that the ethnic Danes (the original population) will become a very small minority in their own country by the end of this century." This is true for a great many European countries.

While politicians, from the ill-informed to the naive, from the KGB ideologically demoralized baby-boomers now in power, to the plain evil and treacherous - urging unwilling indigenous populations to submit and integrate themselves into the Muslim culture - the character of the continent is in the process of being changed forever beyond any recognition.

The Reverend Monseigneur Georg Gδnswein, Pope Benedict XVI's private secretary, in a recent interview with the Sόddeutsche Zeitung Magazin warns Europe not to underestimate the dangers of the increasing Islamization. He underlines that the persecution of Christians in the Dar-al-Islam has increased dramatically. And according to repeated assertions issued by the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the count-down for the destruction of Israel has begun.

"The dangers associated with a changing identity of Europe may not be ignored out of erroneous considerations. The Pope's Regensburger speech was supposed to work against a certain naivety." Personally I don't see it any longer in that favourable, innocent light, having gone from naivety to conceit and plain treason. "Erroneous considerations" probably being Ideologically Correct Silence or possibly, the Postmodern (Neo Marxist, relativist, subjectivist) fallacy of holding one culture as good as any other.

The SIOE site posts an article - a cry for help really - by French philosopher and secondary school teacher Robert Redecker, first published in Le Figaro on 19th September 2006. It is just one of many stories of Europeans, exercising their right of free speech, only to see it answered by threats against their lives: fatwas setting them on the run in the own countries, even to the point of protective custody, as was the case with Geert Wilders and Ayaan Hirsi Ali in the Netherlands.

Dr Sanity's psychological analysis - always insightful - is particularly fruitful the last days. Those still at a loss what moves our Muslim brothers and sisters might be well informed by reading the following joint efforts by the entire Sanity Squad:

- A Deer in the Headlights;

- The Ring of Power;

- Paranoia and Projection in the Arab World: the Externalization of Blame for Arab/Islamic Dysfunction **UPDATED**.

The problem very briefly boils down to the fact that the 'superior' faith of Islam should have brought the faithful prosperity, knowledge and riches. Instead it has rendered the opposite: it led to ignorance, poverty and squalor. Faced with the intractable dilemma between that, or giving that pernicious faith up, they now project all evil that is of their own making, externally.

If only Israel didn't exist, if there was no 'Palestinian problem' the Middle East would be a prosperous place. If only they were no Christians, Islam would rule the world. This is the reason Muslims are incapable of accepting criticism. Crisis point has been reached, it now being full blown pathological paranoia. In fact, were peace to break out tomorrow, they wouldn't know what to do with themselves. This being the reason things are unsolvable.

I don't want to leave you without sharing Dr Sanity's post of today, which particularly moved me: inspirational and beautiful, if reality weren't so bloody brutal. Here's an excerpt from "The Cost of Freedom: Fighting and defeating the new barbarians will exact a great toll. The question is, are we willing to pay it?":

"Remember how quickly the West was willing to compromise our freedom of speech in the Danish cartoon matter in order to accommodate the enemy's threats? Consider how many other accommodations many of us are willing--and eager--to make to ensure the Death-Eaters of our own world won't get angry or upset with us over anything.

"And we can't even criticize their insane religion/ideology of death without having the priests of multicultural nihilism swoop down upon us. Very soon, we will have compromised away all that matters to us for the sake of "peace" (but which is really a sort of voluntary enslavement enforced via a societal suicide pact); and in the end, we will no longer have either our precious freedom, nor will we have peace.

"Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf."

We're mad, quite mad! Just how far this evil has gone is illustrated by a brilliant post from blogger Dumb Ox: if most people were only half as is dumb as he is, I dare say we wouldn't find ourselves in current predicament.

It is a crass example of "Postmodern Fallacy Number 1: the World is not a Pie", erroneously declaring a physical law of limited natural resources applicable to the one thing in life that is absolutely unlimited and free for as long as humanity is able to subsist on this planet: the sun's energy!

This is the part of the series where I'm running the risk of sounding like my mother. It is however vital and essential for the full extent of the disaster, to become clear.

The KGB de-moral-ization program - as confessed to in the 1984 interview with former KGB agent and Soviet defector Yuri Alexandrovich Bezmenov, since released on YouTube - became so successful that the brainwashed generations of 'students' far outlived the existence of the Soviet Union.

This success was due to a number of factors: first there is the subversion of morality, making any kind of behavior, personal opinion, or lifestyle of choice, socially acceptable. The absence of objective reality of either good or bad, true or false, has resulted in the moral confusion that lives on to this day. It is now known as Relativism - moral, cultural or otherwise.

The advance and intensity of the program was greatly helped along by three simultaneous, equally pernicious items of fashion, which may have been part and parcel of the program, maybe not: according to Bezmenov the transcendental meditation rage was not, though the KGB was certainly interested in the possibilities of spiritual and mental vacuity techniques.

The first was the propagation of the use of consciousness (perception of reality) altering drugs, the most 'innocent' of which was cannabis, the most toxic LSD - 'innocent' in inverted commas, as I can attest to a number of fatalities in my immediate circle of operation, directly attributable to the use of these substances.

The second was the spiritual leaning towards Eastern, narcissistic, ego-absorbing mysticism, which could at times reach surreal proportions, in itself also life threatening as meditation tended to induce psychosis in some people, as did the use of the drugs that accompanied it.

And finally there is the pseudo philosophical propaganda emanating from "The Institute of Marxism" at Columbia University, the Communist advanced Polit Bureau in the West, also known as the Frankfurt School. Here's an article by Charles Morse, "The Four Horsemen of the Frankfort School". It is well worth reading in its entirety: the amount of damage due to psi-ops, intellectual and ideological manipulation as effected by these fiends can hardly be underestimated.

With hindsight it is hard to believe this drivel was lapped up by the 'intelligentsia' like fluid space cake. At present we are sustaining a recurrence in the guise of political correctness and forms of Relativist thinking, not the least of which is Multiculturalism, also known as Cultural Marxism. Again laws of nature are being suspended in order to render the masses susceptible to the correct ideological messages.

With the fall of the wall in 1989 these dimwitted psychotics didn't miraculously cure themselves of the subversion at the hands of the scions of the revolution, nor did they disappear into thin air. I am a personal witness to the arrested development of these usefuls: almost none ever changed or moved one iota since they sacrificed their souls on the altar of Marxism.

What did happen, is that they kicked the drug habit (during working days at least), and fixed the do and other overt signs of ultra Leftist affiliation. In short, they became socially acceptable. Then they got themselves a respectable job, preferably in public institutions, local or national governments, (higher) education, social work, media: all the strategic places where they'd be able to propagate and disseminate the Relativist message, taking care always to masquerade it as something innocent for the well-being of humanity, like "immigration is enriching Western society".

These remarkable U-turned careers have advanced to the stages where they are at present: well entrenched, to claim pension in about 5-10 years' time when they'll go pick up the thread as full time ideologues. But for now the usefuls are at the height of public power, somehow managing to wreck three thousand years of civilization within the few decades of their sad existence. This is the extent of the success of the KGB ideological demoralization program.
